Brief introduction:
ZT140 140t ladle rail transport trailer car is specially designed to transport 140t molten iron ladle by railway inside steel making company. It is low speed molten metal transport trailer and is tractioned by locomotive. It has the features of simple structure, low volume, low cost, small radius, easy operation and has been widely applied in steelmaking industry.
The 140t molten iron tanker wagon is composed of chassis, base, bogie, coupler buffer, lookout shed and etc. The wagon bodies are all steel welded structure, composed of sleeper beam, end traction side beam, cross beam, reinforcing beam, bending beam, support, etc. All the main bearing beams are made of Q355B low alloy high strength structure steel. The coupler is 13B bottom active type in grade E steel, and the buffer is MT-2. The bogies are three axle casting bogie with casting center plate. The bogies spring suspension consists 12 sets outer coil spring and inner coil spring and all the springs are high strength spring steel 60Si2CrVA. The bogie wheels adopt 650mm diameter rolling wheels. The wagon adopts air brake system (Chinese 120 valve brake machine) and equipped with manual brake.
