1. Brief introductions:
The meter gauge double deck containers wagon is suitable for meter gauge railways with construction limits that meet the requirements for double-deck containers transportation. It can carry 20ft and 40ft international standard containers. The lower deck of the vehicle can carry two 20ft or one 40ft containers, and the upper deck can carry two 20ft or one 40ft container.

The structure of this meter gauge container well wagon mainly consists of the vehicle chassis, braking system, container locking device, coupler and buffer system, and bogie.
3.1 Wagon body
The wagon body is an all-steel welded integral load-bearing structure, mainly composed of chassis, side walls, traction pillows, etc. The main steel plate of the chassis is made of Q450NQR1 high-strength weathering steel that meets the requirements of Document No. 387 of Transport Trucks (2003) and 09CuPCrNi-A atmospheric corrosion resistant steel that meets the requirements of TB/T1979.
3.2 Container locking device
The lower container is positioned with a fixed lock on the wagon body, which is set at the bottom of the body. The lock is a high-strength low-alloy steel forging, suitable for heavy loads. The upper container lock is a double-headed rotary lock for international maritime use.
3.3 Air brake device
The air brake uses a 120-type valve to control the brake cylinders at both ends of the vehicle body, controlling 2 sets of ST2-250 brake shoe clearance automatic adjusters, 2 254mmX254mm spin-sealed brake cylinders, KZW-4G empty and loaded vehicle automatic adjustment devices, new high-friction synthetic brake shoes, ball-core angle plug gates, combined integrators, stainless steel brake pipe systems and accessories, etc.
3.4 Hand brake device
It is installed with NWS hand brake machine.
3.5 Coupler draft gear
It adopts Chinese No.13B coupler and yoke, ST or MT series buffer.
3.6 Bogie
It adopts 25t axle load meter gauge ride control casting bogie. The bolster and side frames are made of B+ grade cast steel; the main friction plate of the combined inclined wedge is made of polymer composite material, and the inclined wedge body is bainitic ductile iron; the wear plate of the side frame column is made of 45 steel, and the wear plate of the slideway is made of T10; a two-stage stiffness spring is adopted; a lower center plate with a diameter of 355mm is adopted, and a conductive polymer composite center plate wear plate is installed in the lower center plate; HDSA rolled steel wheels are equipped with 352226X2-2RZ bearings, 50 steel axles and LM wear-type treads; the basic braking device adopts Austrian-Bainite ductile iron bushings and channel steel brake beams.
