Heavy Duty 100T Pay Load Railway Wagon Bogie Axle Load 35 Tons

 

Breif introduction:

80-1 railway bogie is a 3-piece casting bogie with 35 tons axle load. It adopt reinforced casting bolster and side frame. It is specially applied for metallurgy and industrial workshop to transport heavy materials with low speed (no more than 30km/h). It has seen satisfactory application in Tieke's hot iron ladle rail car, steel slag transfer car, etc.

 

80-1 heavy load railway bogie  mainly consists side frame, casting bolster, wheel set, axle box and springs. The side frame and bolster are casting steel grade B according to TB/T3012. The wear plate of side frame adopt 45# steel. The springs are two grades stiffness springs. The truck center pivot diameter is 350 mm. The bearing type is 22334. Axle is JZ steel. It adopt heavy load type G wheel with LM worn thread. It has the features of simple structure, low speed, heavy load, and easy maintenance.

 

Bogie, also named truck in North America, is one of the most important components in the structure of railway wagons. The main functions are as follows:

  • Increase the wagon's load, length, and volume, and improve the speed of the train wagons to meet the needs of railway freight transportation;

  • Connected by center plate pivot, the wagon body and the wheels are reliably connected and fixed by the bogie frame;

  • Transfer the locomotive longitude traction force into wheels rolling movement through the axle bearing device;

  • Support the vehicle body, bear and transmit various loads and forces from the vehicle body to the wheel, or reversely from the wheel rail to the vehice body, and evenly distribute the axle load;

  • Ensure the safe operation of the vehicle, flexibly run along the straight line and smoothly pass through the curve;

  • The structure of bogie shall faciitate the installation of spring damping device and make it have good damping characteristics, so as to alleviate the interaction between vehicle and line, reduce vibration and impact, reduce dynamic stress and improve the stability and safety of vehicle operation;

  • Make full use of the adhesion between wheel and rail to transfer traction and braking force, and amplify the braking force generated by the brake cylinder to make the vehicle have good braking effect, so as to ensure parking within the specified distance.

  • Bogie is an independent component of the vehicle, and the connection between bogie and vehicle body shall be reduced as much as possible.
