1. The crane wagon's under frame is composed of center beam, side beam, sleeper beam, cross beam and reinforcing beam. The center beam adopts 36 channel steel and reinforcing plate to form a box beam, the side beam adopts 25 channel steel, and the floor adopts 5mm checkered steel plate, which is solid, flat, beautiful and anti-skid. The structural strength, vertical stiffness and impact strength of the frame comply with the provisions of TB / T1335-96 and TB / T2369-93.
2. The crane wagon's running part is composed of two axle unpowered welded bogies, which are composed of frame, side bearing, wheel set and axle box, V-shaped rubber spring, spherical upper and lower center plates, foundation brake, etc. The primary suspension adopts V-shaped rubber spring, and the wheel adopts integral rolled steel wheel, which meets the return speed of 100 km / h and has good running quality;
3. The side plates and side plates around the flat crane wagon are movable plates, which can adapt to the lifting and transportation of a variety of equipment and materials;
4. The crane and flat wagon are connected by flange to facilitate installation; The crane’s drive system is independent and the operation is more flexible;
5. The flat car braking system is composed of air braking system, foundation braking device and hand braking device, which can be connected with other rail vehicles.
