Breif introduction:
This rail wagon is specially designed for coal transportation on 1067mm cape gauge railway in Southern Africa area. It is equipped with AAR air brake, which could be linked together with the present railway wagons and locomotives. The couplers are F type coupler and FR rotatable coupler, which allow tipper machine’s quickly unloading operation.
This wagon is mainly composed of wagon body, coupler draft gear, brake device and bogie. The car body is of all steel welded structure and consists of under frame, side wall, end wall, door and other components. Q450NQR1 high-strength weathering steel is used for main section steel and plate.
It adopts 1067mm gauge self steering bogie. The bolster and side frame are made of Grade B cast steel.
