Breif introduction:
KF60 Side Tipping Rail Car ballast gondola, is one of the special railcar combining pneumatic discharging equipment and railway gondola structure. It is suitable for factories, mines and other departments equipped with mechanized loading equipment for railway transportation, realizing rapid unloading the goods. KF60 side tipping rail car is specially designed to transport heavy bulk goods with big proportion, such as ballast, ore, coal, steel slag, building materials and etc.
The side tipping gondola has tilting side walls and the side doors could be opened upside down. The tilting air cylinders are installed on both sides of the wall. When the side wall overturns to 45°, the side walls will be on the same level with the floor, and then the goods will be unloaded far away from the rails.
KF60 side tipping gondola is composed of car body, pneumatic tipping cylinders, bogies, brake system, coupler buffer and has the features of stable tipping, rapid unloading, easy operation, high transportation efficiency, safe and reliable.
